Your Elementor Pro and Elementor Cloud license is automatically renewed annually.
To turn auto-renewal on/off:
- Go to your account dashboard.
- Click Subscriptions in the left sidebar. Find the subscription for your website in the list that displays (if there is more than one) and click Manage this subscription.
- In the “Billing information” section, click Edit billing (the pencil icon)
- Toggle the Auto renewal on or off.
You can renew your subscription manually. We will notify you via the WordPress Dashboard and via email that your license is about to expire.

Important! Canceling your subscription does not mean you get a refund, it means you canceled your auto-renewal. In order to get a refund, please contact our support team.
