What is this about?
When trying to upload the Elementor Pro plugin zip file into WordPress, you might encounter this error message: “The package couldn’t be installed. The theme is missing css style sheet“. This error message indicates that you’ve uploaded the plugin as a theme, instead of as a plugin.
How can you fix it?
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Then, from the side menu go to Plugins > Add New.
- Now click Upload Plugin.
- Select the Elementor Pro zip file.
